You can request the issuance of a Personal Identification Document (DPI), Consular Identification Card and Guatemalan Passport

The system opens on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays starting at 8:00 am
- Only scheduled appointments are attended.
- Only the applicant can enter, no companions.
- Please present proof of address such as a water or electricity bill, even if it is not in your name.
There is no parking availability, it is recommended NOT to park on the sidewalks or in front of neighboring homes to avoid fines.
